Suryasthan is organised by the Renewable Energy Association of Rajasthan (REAR). The official contact channel is info@rear.org.in.
What we collect
If you submit a participation enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number, city/state, optional organisation, sector, participation category and message and your consent selection.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, to send relevant Suryasthan updates. We do not describe submitted interest as a guaranteed registration or sponsorship.
Where information is processed
Forms are configured for Netlify Forms when deployed. The hosting provider may process form data and technical request information to deliver this service. Read Netlify’s provider documentation for its specific handling and controls.
Retention and your choices
REAR should establish and follow its internal retention schedule. You may request review or removal of your submitted information by contacting info@rear.org.in. Do not include sensitive personal information in forms.
Analytics and cookies
The supplied website does not install third-party analytics scripts, advertising trackers or cookie consent pop-ups. Essential hosting/server logs may still exist. Any later analytics installation requires updating this notice.
